Nice organized work Parking
Got here at 9pm, 5am appointment and im parked right across from the receiving office! Lots of grass for the dogs to enjoy and it seems nice and quiet.
Our business had been a loyal PFX customer for many years, serving the needs of our local pet community. After their recent acquisition, they unexpectedly ended our account with no alternative options, leaving us unable to access key products our customers rely on. This decision has had a major impact not only on our small business but on the pet owners and pets we serve. Very disappointing to see a company make changes without considering the effect on the communities they serve.
Good fast service with a appointment
Very slow to unload....huge warehouse but only use 1 dock door to load/unload trucks. It took them almost 2 hours to unload 7 pallets. They go by appointment only.
