I brought my cat in to the Animal Place when I had first moved in to the area. I originally chose the Animal Place just due to proximity, but I very much lucked out, as the staff couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable and caring. They made everything go more smoothly than any other vet we've had, and there have been a lot. I'd highly recommend the Animal Place for anyone who needs vet services.

I have received nothing but great care from the doctors and all of the office staff. I myself had gotten a dog that had kennel cough and he was just a sick puppy when I got him. Animal Place put the PEP back in my PUP. I have also had to have one of my dogs put to sleep and my 10 year old daughter wanted to be there. All the staff was more the compassionate and caring and took extra steps to ensure my daughter understood the process and was ok during it. I couldn't be happier with Animal Place.

Sadly, my only experience with Animal Place Veterinary Hospital thus far was today when my beloved 1 year old cat had to be euthanized due to an incurable disease. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful and made the devastating experience as easy as possible. I have several other pets and when vaccination time rolls around I plan to switch them all to Animal Place.

I have been taking my cats to see Dr. Gardsbane for at least 10 years, and have always been treated with courtesy and respect, and my cats have always been treated compassionately and thoroughly. When my cat, Samson, passed away after 19 years at home, they were so caring and compassionate. Dr. Gardsbane hugged me when I brought his body in the next day to have him privately cremated. Not only that, the front desk staff was outstanding. I had a genuine, moving conversation with a woman who has worked there for many years. I am grateful for everyone there and the good work they do. Really, today turned out to be one of the best days because I met three wonderful, caring people. And the prices were fair, too.

My first visit was pleasant. The receptionist are a little overwhelming but that's OK. They just want me to feel welcomed. The nurse greets you and your pet with a smile while going over small details about your visit. I received an estimated cost which was nice. I soon saw Dr. Davis who I heard is new to the practice and she was great. She covered all the things I needed to hear about my new pet ,without feeling overwhelmed with information. I have to say my experience has been great. The vets there have taken care of the 3 Great Danes I have had over years. I have found the vets to be attentive and the staff professional. But, for me, I have found the Animal Place to provide excellent care.

Dr. G is always happy to research something for me on her own time, and will often call me and talk with me at length on the phone for no additional charge. I've always found them judicious with how they charge office fees as well. Additionally, the practice offers a few things that many vets don't - Dr. G is a certified acupuncturist and is educated about chinese medicine, including supplements.
