Look for us adding: new vans, new services, products you can purchase and more. We currently have eight groomers and are always looking to add to our ever expanding staff! Ms. Cee Cee loved her spa day at Animal Palace! Very caring staff.
I recently brought my 3 pups for grooming and asked that they give them a partial groom ( face, feet & fanny area). When I picked up the dogs, 2 of them looked like they were never blow dryed and barely brushed. Only 1 of them looked like she was bathed, brushed, dried & trimmed properly. They also charged me the same amount as a full groom which I thought was ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend this place nor will I ever return.

Hello Carrie.. This is the first I have heard of your complaint . I truly wish you would have called and spoken to me directly as I am the owner. We try to please all clients to the best of our ability but to out up a negative review without speaking to the owner is just plain unfair. We do not hide prices from our clients and the haircut portion of the groom is only $10 . This could be a major haircut, shavedown or clean up. I like the place a lot I really did even the owner Joyce is a true DIVA, even though I was not sure about animal palace so Joyce offered me a free promotion to get me in the door.... I even loved the haircut given by the groomer but the lady at the front desk had absolutely no customer service and was very rude when I ask about the free blueberry facial u should receive when paying cash... Not impressed , they said my dog was skinny and commented that his hair isn't cut right for a German Shepherd .. he's not a Shepherd and his hair isn't cut

This woman is not a client of ours. She walked in for a simple "nail-clipping" ...nothing more. It was noted by our entire staff that this dog appeared to be grossly underweight. We only asked if the dog had any "health issues "out of concern for the pet.I guess she was embarrassed and took it upon herself to give us a one star rating. This dog needs to be evaluated. We had a staff of 3 groomers and 2 office staff personnel who were concerned for the well being of her dog. In terms of the breed, that was of no concern to us ... read more
