DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR ANIMALS. My poor Maine coon cats with a long coat were completely shaved and cut up, along with whisker trimming which messes with a cats balance. We specifically said no trimming never mind SHAVING, we said a quick bath only. After getting my cats back I stormed to the van to speak to the groomer whose van wreaked of weed. The owner of this salon is beyond nasty and obnoxious. She could care less about the care and well being of the animals and is only concerned about the money. Before leaving your dog or cat make sure you get a quote in writing because guaranteed when you get back the price will have almost doubled because of "unforeseen" reasons. Fantastic place! We brought both our Boston’s there and they came out clean and happy! They were very timely and reasonable. Joyce and team are fantastic!
I just came back from having taken my little Neo for a grooming, and I will definitely return there again! I don't know who was more nervous, me or my dog! LOL But they did everything possible to calm us down, and my little man smells sooo good now. Loved the owner and loved the groomer as well! Two major thumbs up!
If you want your pet to be groomed and cared for by nice professionals, this is the place to go. My cat is always groomed to perfection. Thanks!

This woman is a profuse liar. She had a SEVERELY matted dog loaded w it's fleas. If she really cared about her dog , she should have NOT allowed it to be in the kind of condition that it was in. We should have called Animal Care and Control instead and turned her in. We were forced to shave it down due to her negligence and the dog was so flea infested that we had to administer a capstar pill to prevent an infestation in our salon as not to expose other pets to fleas and we used a flea and tick shampoo WITHOUT chemicals.
