I have a rescued Macaw that hates people and had never been to a vet... Doctor Butler and Renee were awesome with her. They were able to examine her and trim her beak and talons without anesthesia. I feel so much better about any future visits. Thant you to the staff!!
Happy with the care Charlie gets at Animal Medical Services. Prices are very competitive.
Unfortunately the staff don't care enough to get a 5 star in my opinion the vet is great does amazing with my dog who has siezures she takes medicine can't go without it and yet the lady rather lock the door and hide behind her desk due to closing early then help a person who called twice and came in at the time agreed upon between the both of us and now my dog has to go an entire weekend without her medicine that is to keep her from having siezures . I have been very pleased with the treatment of both my cat and dog at AMS. The staff is always helpful and Dr. Butler is so gentle and kind with both of them. I've heard really good things about Dr. Brown too. I highly recommend them as their quality of service far exceeds the price of the service (which is very reasonable). Thank you for caring about my sweet girls!
We have been taking our pets to Dr. Butler for about 18 years. I am very satisfied with the service we receive. Dr. Butler is intelligent, practical, and very good at what he does. He is constantly updating his knowledge, and his veterinary equipment is state-of-the-art. We have not hesitated to recommend him to friends. We have been having our pets groomed by Chris for many years. She gives them tender loving care and makes the grooming event fun for them. AMS staff is caring and efficient.
So very pleased with their service. I will be taking all of my animals there from here on out.
