Very disappointed with Dr. Brown. She insisted that we buy our kitten a probiotic, even though we are giving her a homemade yogurt that has 708 billion bacteria in 1 cup. She could not tell me why the Purina brand was so much better, just that we HAD to purchase a $20 probiotic for my kitten. Been a very loyal customer. Have spent thousands of dollars there and she is willing to lose a loyal customer over $20. Very, very upset!!!!
Our cat max goes in every few months for a nail trim. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The techs that trim his nails always greet him warmly and they are super fast and do a great job. I have never had any problems with the vets or any personnel at ams.
For summary, I recommended Dr Butler to my parents for our mentally distressed Cat. Once Butler saw him, our cat was defensively growling in his cage. Butler continued an attempt to touch him, and got scratched. His reaction to this was extremely unprofessional: swearing statements such as "this s**** that we don't allow" and demanded our leave. For this, our cat is still suffering due to his unreasonable outburst.Would not recommend to anyone !
Horrible just horrible service. I wouldn't take any animal here. Retire already you obviously dislike animals.
We take both our cats to AMS and love Dr Butler and Dr Brown! Can’t imagine taking any pets anywhere else. All the staff is so friendly and caring. We appreciate all you do!
Everyone at Animal Medical Services are great, both Dr. Butler and Dr. Brown are gentle and caring. We have taken all our pets to them for the last 20 years and will continue to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them.
Dr Butler is so accommodating and so are his staff. U can really tell he cares about the animals and their owners. I recommend this place to all pet owners!
I have always received the best care for my pets at ams. They are very friendly and Dr Butler is the best.
