I was referred to this animal medical hospital by my (excellent) vet who is unable to complete international travel health certificate. I will start that I booked an appointment nearly two months before my departure date. I provided the travel information to the receptionist once I called. I immediately sent over my dogs medical records, followed by verifying what vaccinations my dog has had. It’s a wonderful office and everyone is always so pleasant.
Dr. Jordan and staff are truly amazing! My dog was attacked by another dog and once I contacted them, they immediately took us in and provided the service that we needed. Dr. Jordan examined my dog and broke down everything he needed. They also contacted me to keep me updated during his procedure. Now that my dog is home, they called me to check up on him! They're the best and compassionate! Thank you again for your wonderful service
Efficient on time informative. One little suggestion could be a little more warm and playful to the animals especially if first timer visit.
