They had to put my moluccan cockatoo down on an emergency basis and tonight, we ran our cat down - he was healthy, laying on my bed, then went limp. We did CPR all the way to them and they couldn't bring him back. The caring and compassion shown therei is beyond belief. I love those guys so much, the caring shown to me in my time of grief (and losing it altogether) means more to me than they will ever know. I love this place.
I bring all my animals here and they always get the best care, when I had to put one of my cats down they were very supportive and went above and beyond to make sure she went comfortably. Definitely the best animal hospital in Tucson!
This place has a nasty condescending staff.Yesterday we brought in a kitten we found..just skin and bones, but we were told the kitten was 'too stable'. The moron at the front counter would not even touch it. Thanks to their callous behavior the kitten passed away without any medical attention.
Simply the best...nothing more needs to be said. Drs. Moreno & McCrady are the ultimate.

What can I say!!!! They saved my Chocolate Labrador from heatstroke. EVERYONE is very nice, very caring, and very professional. We love all the staff at Valley Animal Hospital!
