Good staff but way too expensive!
Had to put my childhood cat down yesterday and was treated with such insensitivity from the staff. I was constantly asked about pricing options for memorabilia while they were injecting my cat telling me that he could pass away at any minute, and once he has passed away the vet immediately asked to take my cat away and wouldn’t leave the room until my friend told him away saying I needed a minute still. I understand it’s apart of your job however the lack of care that I experienced made a heart breaking decision even worse.
The team here help support with a kitty we found that had been hit by a car. Thank you for your compassion and kindness
