Good doctors, terrible staff. I like the doctors here, but it's almost impossible to get the staff to answer the phone to make an appointment. I've called 7 times in the last few days and only gotten through once. Other times I've waited a long time in the office or in my car for someone to bring out my pet while the front office staff was occupied ordering food delivery. It's an outrage, and I'm sure the doctors aren't aware of it. But I feel I need to switch vets.
