The person with whom I spoke calmed me own considerably. I felt so more comfortable about the situation after her having such a pleasant and interested manner. After i was told by ger that she had spoken to a veterinarian about the problem, she asked if I wanted to check with him.

I love this place!: I love taking my puppy to see Dr. Burch at the Animal Medical Center. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The office has a very inviting atmosphere. I'd taken my new puppy to other vets and it was highly disappointing. They didn't spend time looking over my pet and I went through a slew of misdiagnosis. But not here! We have a non-traditional problem with our 17.5 year old diabetic cat. Dr. Langston is very thoughtful and insightful in considering all of the possible circumstances to help us with our cat's problems.

Outstanding Vet and Services – Dr. Burch is wonderful and so is the entire Animal Medical Center of Redlands. Staff changes everywhere; it is just a fact of life. Some of the new people are just wonderfull. This animal hospital focuses on wellness of health and pain management for animals and does a great job. Boarding and groomnig are carefully done, and all animals have to be up to date on shots to protect all the animals. This vet clinic is wonderful. Dr Burch and his staff have been fabulous throughout the years of taking our pets to see them. When we lost our beloved dog Bear this past month we could not have asked for more caring and considerate treatment for both our family and our dog. I recommend this vet clinic highly. :o)

We can't say enough good about Dr. Burch. He kept our first chihuahua healthier than we thought possible. When our little guy's heart murmur and seizures became out of control Dr. Burch was as supportive to us as if he were family. The entire office took it almost as hard as we did. We now have a new puppy and no other Vet will do to take care of him. You get what you pay for!! It is clear to see that Dr. Burch loves the animals and make decisions that he feels are in the best interest of his patients.
