I’ve had a great couple visits at Animal Medical Center, the doctors and technicians made my dog feel very comfortable and provided great service and advice to improve her symptoms.
I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware of pricing and communication. I scheduled a dental cleaning based on the clinic’s advertised $399 special. I was told an exam and bloodwork were required first, and after results, a PCR test for Anaplasmosis exposure was also required. In total, I paid about $800 before the dental procedure even began. Staff here is very nice and patient, they try to help you in the most professional way. They treat your pet as if it was their own.
Staff was super sweet and welcoming! Was running a little late for an appointment and it wasn’t an issue at all. Treated my baby with love and care! 💕 (pic of happy customer below😚)
We highly recommend Animal Medical Center of Pleasanton. We took our cat in for a dental check, and after the exam they honestly told us that cleaning was not needed. Their pricing was among the most reasonable compared to other clinics in the area, and we really appreciate their honesty and transparency.
