Absolutely would not recommend, the doctor was rude and incompetent! It was my second time here, the treatment they prescribed didn’t work so I came back in hopes to get an effective one, but instead I was told off an lectured. Customer service is unacceptable, I’ll take my dog and money elsewhere.
Dr is great and so is the staff. Dr takes time to discuss options, Steve always takes time explaining costs. Get Vet overall, we travel over an hour to come here.
I have been taking my dog to this clinic for over 10 years. Recently, when she needed a refill on her prescribed anxiety medication, I was told by the Sr. Doctor on duty that they could not refill it because they “could not find any record” of the medication ever being prescribed. I was also told I would need to wait until her regular doctor returned on Sunday and then call again to remind him for the refill. Josh H the Vet tech at AMC is amazing. He is so gentle with the animals, he is a courteous and attentive. He make sure you understand all the instructions that you're given. He' pleasant and such an asset too the hospital I feel at home in an ease every time he assists us.
