If you encounter this, feel free to dispute the charge as it is ILLEGAL to mislead customers. They are the most unethical company I've ever met. What a wonderful group of people, from entering the facility, to medical care, it is a delight to take my Uno here. Kind, considerate, compassionate. What more could I ask from them, in taking care of my Uno. My Uno is all I have left from the death of my husband 3 years ago. Uno was his baby without a doubt. They were inseparable. Used this vet for a vaccination and routine medical exam. Had no issues, price was fair compared to high end alternatives. I will update this review as we keep using them. The doctors and technicians were reasonably professional.
We brought our dog to Animal Medical Center of Pleasanton for a foxtail surgery and have had a very frustrating experience afterward. The surgical site did not heal properly, and we’ve continued spending additional money on medications, follow-up care, and X-rays because the issue still has not been resolved. What has been most upsetting is the lack of continuity of care and communication. Dr. Chaudhri is currently out of the office, and we were told there is effectively no escalation path for two days. I’ve had a great couple visits at Animal Medical Center, the doctors and technicians made my dog feel very comfortable and provided great service and advice to improve her symptoms.
