Yes. Have better people skills. Im new to the clinic. Been there a couple times. Never met the vet ONCE! This time, my PUPPY 16 weeks, was acting alittle unruly. I apologized. I have him set up for obedience classes in July(soonest they could get him in with the cornavirus). They were rude to me, my puppy and did not explain ANYTHING that got done at the appointment (they take him to the back).
