I would NEVER use this vet! Our precious baby got ran over on a late Saturday night so of course I called knowing it was going to be after hours and talked to the vet on call. She was so RUDE!!! I was relaying what she was telling me to my husband so we could make a decision as to what to do and she said and I quote “ I’m just going back to bed.. y’all need to take her to the 24 hour clinic in flowood”. RecommendedOur Max had to go for his last round of shots and be checked out. Max didn’t handle this well but the staff handle him with kindness and was very professional. They answered question very quickly and offered suggestions to help Max. I appreciate all they do when we have to bring one of the fur babies in for a checkup or if we have an emergency. Thank you Animal Medical Center.
this is by far the most disrespectful place ive ever been too!! They talk to you any type of way the place is filthy and nasty never fails theres always dog shit on the floors and there to lazy to clean it up they just let it sit there they make you wait a crazy amount of time and when you have spent a tone of money with them u would think they would treat u with atleast respect!!!! Great facility and staff! Go check out their new wellness plans! Really helpful for taking best care of your pet with all needed preventative products and helps when on a budget!
Love this clinic and their staff Dr.Howell and Dr.Kimble are wonderful with our fur babies. We wouldn't trust our pets to anyone else.
Brookhaven is blessed to have many caring Vets but we made our choice for pet care nearly 14 years ago with Animal Medical Center. Drs. Howell, Kimble and McRee have been there for us and our fur kids many times. We have always been pleased with everyone there. Our pups also stay in the Pet Hotel several times per year and the girls there act as if they are the only ones there. Thanks to all. - The Lairds (Nick & Jack's parents)
