After calling Petland, I called this vet upon their recommendation. I didn't visit the office, but I called with questions about my pet parakeet. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and treated me with care and respect. I had already spoken with 3 different vet offices, none of which would help me in any way whatsoever. I am very grateful for this person's care and concern and professionalism. I have 3 small children, live in Iowa City, and am unable to easily drive to Cedar Rapids.
