Best staff and Drs of any animal facility I have been to. I have been coming here for 10 years and even with the volume of patients, they always take time with your pet explaining everything. If they say they will call back they do. I really can not say enough about this dedicated office. I worked in rescue for 8 years and became a CVA so I have seen many offices and none come close to the Animal Medical Center-Pamela Mutch Stevens
Everyday, I drive past The Animal Medical Center and call out to all those beautiful animals as they are out in their cage runs...I really feel that they hear me and the tone of their barking changes from wistful to a friendly "Hello, buddy!" I've never been inside and I live vicariously through those doggies since I don't own one at this time.
You rock! ALWAYS efficient, professional, friendly and slightly nuts...but in a good way!!
Nearly two weeks ago my regular vet clinic cancelled an appointment I had for my cat Lovey. Dr. Wreden and Dr. Damm saw him. When Dr. Wreden diagnosed him with advanced kidney failure and cancer, Dr. Damm put him out of his misery. She was simply wonderful. She has the best bedside manner.
They take really good care of our Alfie! Always feel secure and he feels loved.
Dr G has taken care of our pets for over 12 years. The office staff are wonderful and caring Have also boarded there and our Corgis loved it!
Very friendly staff, made us feel a part of the family from initial call through our appointment. Thanks for being amazing!
