do not take your pets here they gave our dog "Clover" the leptospirosis vaccination with no warning of the deadly side effects... 2 hours after being vaccinated she passed away... she had been happy and active earlier right up until the time she got her shot and even for a short time after when the horrible side effects set in and she passed within minutes...she was our daughters dog and a PTSD service dog for me
RecommendedI couldn’t say enough about dr. Helgen and the staff here. Always so nice and caring. They make me and my fur babies more comfortable than any other vet office has. They are also very good at listening to your concerns, getting down to the root of the problem, and explaining everything very well. Highly recommend!!
I cannot say enough great things about this office. My pup is reactive and can be aggressive/protective when others are near me or my partner and this office does wonders with her! My pup loves her vets and the techs.
Our pup was really sick after having him for only 24 hours and they nursed him back to health! He came home on Friday & is doing great! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Helgen and her staff! She would call twice a day & answer my midday calls plus Sammi sent pictures and updates via text! Such a great veterinary office!
Thanks to Dr. Helgen and her staff at the Animal Medical Center who were so caring and kind to all of us, if you are searching for a Vet she is outstanding, caring and compassionate. Dr. Helgen personally called us several times and even on Saturday to check on Yoda.
Very kind people. Excellent care of my dog. My dog gets nervous at the vet. She wets alot. They didn`t get upset. Just laughed about it.
The staff at AMC is some of the most amazing people I have meet. My animals adore them and when that horrible inevitable comes, they were great, going out of their way to make it as easy as they could. My pets will always go to AMC
This is the most wonderful team of animal lovers you could ever hope to bring your fur baby to. One of our cats had feline leukemia and Dr. Helgen and her team helped us through every option for him as his health declined. Our hearts were incredibly broken when he ultimately passed away. These ladies were very supportive and they truly care about the pet AND the owner.
