This is the bestest vet to take your small animals too. They are very caring take the extra time to "LISTEN" to your concerns about your pet! My one dog a Corgi is ya whatever. My other dog is THIS IS A NIGHT MARE GET ME OUT. They work with both and make changes to the way they handle your pets. If you are looking for a GOOD vet you have found one! This will make our fifth animal we have taken to Auburn Medical Center! OH and all the vets are pet owner also!
Dr. Rich and staff are wonderful. We feel like family when we go in. Dr. Rich takes better care of our animals than our GPs take care of us. When is the last time you had two follow up calls in one day from your own Dr? Dr. Rich is not only a wonderful doctor but a wonderful man. We love him to the moon and back!
Thank you to Dr. Rich Jackson and staff for the top notch care we received for our wonderful dog Cassie. They were with us every step of the way for nine weeks. At the end, Dr. Rich came out to the house to set her spirit free. The most incredible experience with a true Dog Whisperer. So peaceful. Rich is truly one of a kind. Thanks so much.

my gawd.... all they did was save my Dylan's life!!! Got him a bit stronger and I had to take him out to MarQueen, where he stayed for 3 days. He's now home and back seeing Dr. Catherine Rebholtz. I think he likes her!! everyone is just great and thank you!

You have no idea how much that meant to us. Knowing Butters was loved by you in his last days puts our minds at ease. It has been hard without him but your compassion and condolences have helped.
