Very helpful and attentive during my urgent care visit
The doctors are so caring and respectful. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell or overcharge me like other vet practices. My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment.
