RecommendedThe staff are very knowledgeable & very compassionate. In major situations, they are upfront about prognosis and costs. They helped save the eyes of our rescue dog and when our other dog was diagnosed in end stage of cancer, they were helpful to give her relief & help. But I was really impressed when after her passing & we were grieving privately, they sent up a sympathy card with a hand written note. Others would not understand how we were hurting, but they did!
Charges $51 For A Rabies Shot $9 For Shot and A $42 wellness Check DR Walkup Said Was Required By Law No Other Vets In Muskogee Charges That I Called Around Muskogee And Checotah They Only Charge $10 And $12 No Wellness Check Required Have used AMC For 10 Years Never Have I Had To Pay This I Have 4 Dogs Can’t afford Theses Prices Anymore But I Must Say Dr Synar Is The Best
A very nice and accommodating facility, and caring staff! Dr. Barnett and Dr. Miller treat us and our horses wonderfully!! I recommend Animal Medical Center!
Huge thank you to Dr. Walkup for coming out tonight(Sun evening) and helping our horse with choke. Thank you also for being so kind and explaining it to us(brand new horse owners) and about future care. We definitely will be customers from now on.
This is an amazing place full of people who care deeply about the animals under their care and the people who bring them in. Dr Walkup was my vet when he was the traveling farm call vet. Now that he has taken over this practice he has brought his top notch service with him to the AMC. He has also surrounded himself with top notch people like my current vet, Dr Barnett. Thank you, AMC!
My animals have been patients at AMC for over 30 years. Too many holiday emergencies to count and even more late night emergency surgeries. The care and compassion provided by the Drs and Cindy and other support staff is top notch. Many thanks to all of them for their hard work and dedication.
