Had a very bad experience this past weekend having my dog put down. I will NEVER recommend this place, ever again. When you, as the on call vet care more about being at the bar on a Sat night than the care of a suffering animal, it speaks volumes about your compassion.
I wouldn't trust anyone else around to care for our dogs like I do Dr. Kelso and the rest of the staff at Animal Medical.
Our dog recently had an injury to her back leg while our normal vet was on vacation, and although we do not normally vet here, the staff was quick to get our dog in and taken care of. Dr. Kelso, the office managers, and the vet techs were all extremely professional and timely, and they treated our dog as if they had been seeing her for years! They even called to check on her! Thank you Dr. Kelso and Animal Medical Center!
For 16 years, Animal Medical Center has given my dogs the best care possible. Although I now live 2+ hours away, I still trust Dr.'s Lotz and Kelso with my best friend, Scooter who has been my best buddy since 2005. Recently, Scooter needed to have laser ablation to remove a large polyp in his ear canal as well as sebaceous glands that had grown into cysts, externally. Wonderful staff here! I will never take my dog anywhere else. They make both my dog and I feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place.
I have trusted Animal Medical and all of its staff with both mine and my family's many pets over 20+ years. They have in my mind, always treated me fairly and professionally(both in service and in price), even in emergency type situations. Highly recommend them for taking care of your pets.
Got an appointment the same day I called and everyone was very kind to my poor, freaked out, kitty. I'd definitely recommend them!
