Having a beloved pet die breaks your heart. Investigating the meds given while under the care of a vet and discovering your pet received twice the recommended dosage for 3 days which resulted in his death is infuriating.
I would NOT recommend this clinic. Took our family pet to them in july 2018. They kept her for several days. Not once did they call with any updates, we had to keep calling them. Then, when we were able to talk someone in their office... nobody knew what what was going on. They finally recommened euthanasia and promised there was nothing more anyone could do for her. Afterwards, when we again had to contact them about the whereabouts of our pets ashes they had no information on her ever being there! Now we are getting notice... read more
Only vet I will go to for my pets. They explain things clearly and they have a lot of people on staff.
I’ve been taking my pets here for close to ten years! They’ve always taken amazing care of my pets! Treated them like they were their own. My sweet Pongo was having issues for a few months where he was unable to get his back legs to work. Dr Brodie was amazing! He did tons of research and worked hard to get Pongo back to normal!After lots of love and patience and lots of shots, Pongo is back to playing fetch and chasing his brothers Duke and Zeek around. I can’t say enough about the excellent care at Animal Medical Center. I had to put my cocker spaniel down this morning. Dr Kelso, Ryan and Jodi were so great to work with. They let me choose my time to bring Lucy in and made her feel so comfortable in an unpleasant situation. Thank you for making a difficult time easier!
