Get directionsMy pet loves this place The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. I really like this place because they are open 24 hours so when I drop my pet off I can pick her up at any time. That is very convenient for me. My dog Diamond absolutely loves the workers.
Animal Medcal Center LLC is the best by far! Ever since I had to bring one of my pets in for an Emergency visit, I have used this office for all my pet's needs. Their boarding and grooming is very reasonably priced and their staff is always friendly. I have used other vet services in the past and AMC definitely exceeds the others by far. It may not have fancy tile and exotic birds in the lobby, but that shows exactly where their priorities are- your pet's well being not their pocket book. I definitely recommend this place fo... read more
Don't give vaccinations to dogs without permission. You haven't in the past but you did today. 🤬Fortunately no adverse reaction even though he is allergic to some vaccines . Groomer is great. Actually followed her to your facility. I don’t know that I’m willing to risk you taking action I have not given permission nor ever will give. Trust broken.
Business response:
Our apologies for the miscommunication. The paperwork that you should have gotten when you checked in would have included information about our vaccination policy and a place for you to provide consent or proof of vaccination. We will work to correct this problem. Thank you.
Took kitten in for trouble breathing. They diagnosed pneumonia. We were told he would receive fluids (as he was anemic), antibiotics, and be put in an oxygen tank. Paid upfront for fluids and antibiotics that he never received. Left him in an oxygen tank until he got “agitated” and his heart stopped. They claim they tried to resuscitate (which we do not believe. Continue reading) He was dropped off around 9:00 at 4:00 when we called to check in they told us he had died around 11:00AM. Well. That depends on who you ask becaus... read more

Our condolences on the loss of your kitty. When he was admitted to the hospital, it was explained that he was very ill and his prognosis was not good. The notes from the clinic that neutered him relayed that he was anemic from fleas before surgery. He was severely anemic by the time we saw him on Wednesday and had evidence of pneumonia. There were 2 messages left for you on the number that we had on file when your kitty began to decline. Your message regarding your refund has been left for the management team and someone wil... read more
They need to properly triage animals. I took my cat in as a walk in to be checked for a bad limp after he got outside. The examined him, showed me one little spot under his leg that was a small puncture wound, not anything serious. They have him antibiotics and sent me home with pain medication. This evening I get home and I'm petting him and feel a sticky spot. Come to find out he had ANOTHER puncture wound a few inches from the one the vet showed me. I had to sit for an hour and trim my poor baby's fur away and put neospor... read more
Please take better care of people pets. I know my dog was sent over with labwork indicating pancreatitis and kidney damage, but no one bothered to do an x-ray or ultrasound to determine why she was not improving over the weekend. You just kept pumping fluids and medication into her and sent her home swollen. I had to have her euthanized yesterday because she had an underlying issue (discovered on x-ray) and there was no chance of her recovering. I also don't like how you demand payment before we even see our pets at pick up.
Business response:
Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. We apologize for any lapse in communication on our part about diagnostics available to you while your pet was hospitalized with us.
We use them for boarding only. While I know my dog is taken care, I have been left on hold with the phone up to 10 minutes. The front desk staff is polite but usually very slow.
The drs are dedicated to treating your furbabies. They saved our cat when all seemed impossible, and recently took care of our beloved Penny. As a former tech, I am highly picky with the care our furbabies receive. I am more than thankful for the clinic's drs and techs who care as much as I do.
They are wonderful!! Our dog had gotten ahold of some medicine that fedex carelessly threw in our yard and he almost died. They were so caring, we called multiple times a day and each time they were so caring and sweet. They saved our baby, he’s back home all safe and well!
