I write this with a heavy heart.   DO NOT !  Take your animal here for serious care.    Our vet sent us to this place in good faith.   Our dog had eaten some stuffing and it clogged her stomach opening.   She said they could scope it.    We took her in they. redid X-rays and stated she had to have surgery and they would notify us during surgery to the extent.   They did not.     Instead they cut open her stomach and all of her intestines.  She made it thru surgery.    They kept telling us she wasn’t eating.  She was supposed... read more

my dog had been missing for over a month..finally came home all banged up...as i call to try and see about bringing her in as i have 4 kids, live about 45 min away, and cant just easily get in the car...they put me on hold didnt even when answering the phone ask is this an emergency or can you hold...then im on hold for 18 minutes...i hang up then call back and they answer the phone how can i help you? seriously? after leaving me on hold for that long...then talks down to me belittling me letting me know well this is an eme... read more

I had a horrible experience with Animal Medical Center. I have been going there for 17 years and have 8 different animals for the past 20 years that they have been taking care of for ALL 17 years. I have a recent 7 month old Golden Retriever that was having some stomach issues and hasn't eaten for a few days. On January 31,2018 she didn't eat in the morning and in the evening she at a little but threw it ALL up an hour later. Because I was going to be 5 minutes they decided to charge me an extra $30.00.
