People seem nice on the phone, but the lack of follow up is quite frustrating. Our dog needs life long meds and no one cared to follow up after his last bloodwork results, despite them saying they "tried calling" us. They have 3 numbers on file to call, yet no one left a voicemail. During his last visit for suture removal, when asked about his thyroid meds, the male vet told us to just let him finish the bottle we had. Once again they were very sympathetic. And gave us the time we needed. Appreciate the cards from everyone at the office signed and sincerely signed with beautiful words signed by all.
Everyone takes incredible care of my two cats, especially my skittish senior. Very reasonable prices as well! All around a phenomenal group of veterinarians. Recently Dr. Borowiak has helped me with my 14 year old girl and her new diagnosis of early kidney disease and he has made managing it seem like a breeze. Gave me so much information and a great game plan. So thankful to the team at AMC.
