Dr.Factor and Dr.Thompson are the world's greatest vets!! Everybody there is wonderful! They are now part of my family! I will not go anywhere else! This is home!! Love the whole staff!!
We have had really good care at the Medical Center but last week was extra special--we had a particularly difficult time and you helped us immensely--tyvm!
Dr Factor and Dr Thompson are great! They are very knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest in veterinary care. Both vets take the time to answer questions provide information allowing the pet owner to make an informed decision. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We have taken our dogs there since, literally, the first day we moved to WP three years ago. They have seen us through one terminal illness and new puppy care. We have boarded our dogs and taken them to Doggy Day Care. The staff has always been professional, competent and friendly. Dr. Factor has always given us and our dogs however much time is needed and is excellent at explaining diagnoses, options and procedures.They have my complete confidence and I am damn particular when it comes to the dogs and their care.
I am so pleased with the care my Bailey and Bella get here! We love Doggie Day Care!
I had the pleasure of working beside Dr. Michael Factor and Dr. Thompson over the summmer. I learned a great deal from these two professionals by the way that they communicate with their clients, the standards they set for the practice, and their desire to help each patient as if it were their own. Dr. Factor refused to refund a charge I did not authorize. When confronted about it, he spoke to me in a condescending way and then walked away, refusing to remedy the situation in any way. Would not recommend. Also, he dumped so much rubbing alcohol on my cat to draw blood that she spent the next hour dry heaving. Awful service. Rude, lacks empathy, and insults you out-right.
Not the same place since Lance and Abby moved. Doctors are great, but the staff?? Most of them not so much.
