I would give them a zero if that was available. I had my dog stitched up after hours. they remover drain tubes a week later and 3 stitches had come loose, which left a hole 1 1/2" long and 3/4" wide. When questioned about it they said it was fine and sent my out the door. I went to my regular vet 2 days later when i saw it was looking nasty.
