At all levels (intake, diagnosing doc, techs, Surgeon, transport, billing) this is an amazing group of people - at both SF and SM locations! They treated our rescue foster dog (and my wallet) as if she were their own with patience, love and top notch care! Dr. Dorrie Black is the kindest, most professional and intelligent vet I have had the pleasure of working with. She is exceptional. She is totally engaged in the ongoing health care of our cat Bella, who has multiple health complications (kidney disease, stones and stomach issues). Dr. Black has figured out solutions for helping our kitty have a calmer experience going to the vet (which terrifies Bella). Dr. Black goes above and beyond what is called for.
