Sadly, we had to euthanize our much loved dog. The staff is very caring. From the phone call to make the appointment to the time we left we were treated with much compassion.
When none of the emergency vets would take our dog after his K9 tooth fell out, AIC was there for us. Got us in immediately, didn't wait long, got a prescription quickly and the bill wasn't bad at all. So thankful this place exists.
If I could give them 100 stars I would, to start with the receptionists are very kind, the veterinary assistant treats the animals with a lot of love and the veterinarian is exceptional. my little dog is weak she is 16 years old and the veterinarian was honest with me. While I was waiting for the veterinarian I could hear how they treated the pets with love. I cannot thank the team at AIC enough. We had to make the devastating decision to put our cat down today after a very sudden decline and after calling around and being turned away everywhere else, AIC took us in without hesitation. In one of the toughest moments in our lives, they treated our girl and us with the utmost respect, care and compassion. Thank you so so again for everything. You really made a lasting impact.
