My Border Collie was diagnosed with air leaking from her lungs into her abdominal region bulging her belly and squeezing/compressing her lungs making it difficult to breathe...Vet Elizabeth if I recall her name was so caring and sympathetic towards myself and Maylah..The vet via use of a needle basically withdrew the air but said more than likely it will happen again but how soon was unknown. I had an amazing experience here with my Ziggy. (Minus that Ziggy was sick to begin with) After calling around other places, this facility answered the phone with kindness, and compassion. They told me I could come in at 6, I got there at 5 in tears, worried about my dog, and they took him back right away. Everyone on the staff was super kind, and patient with me as I was very visibly distraught. Ziggy has pneumonia, and is on the mend. I highly recommend Webster Animal Immediate Care. The staff & techs were all very caring, friendly, compassionate & thorough from start to finish. The Doctor took her time to explain everything we needed to know. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend them & will definitely use them again if needed.
Very kind and caring employees. I have a very reactive rescue dog and they were so gentle with him.
