Very friendly and helpful staff. We were very happy they were able to get us in the same day and had medication to go home with. We will recommend them to everyone with pets. Thank you for everything!
Our 1st experience at this Urgent Care. They took the utmost care of Henry and helped ease the pain as we made the most difficult decision. We were touched to receive a card signed by the staff! 🐶🌈🐾
I have no experience to tell because they don’t accept the Care Credit credit card that was originally started to use for pet expenses! What’s wrong with this picture? Do they think people have thousands on hand to pay for urgent/emergent care? Well more power to those people who have it but I don’t!
Highly recommend this place. They took my cat in no problem and was able to tell me what was wrong with him and what to do to fix it. I called every vet no one could take him I walk into animal intermediate care and they took him in no problem. Over all very happy with the care they gave to my cat. They clearly care for the animals not the money in there pockets. I respect them and will be back if I have any future problems with my furry friend.
