We took our dog in for a burst tumor. They treated our dog and more importantly my wife with respect. Great staff. Understanding, patient and gentle. They had to do short notice surgery to remove the mass. It went well. They explained the after care, medication and made we didn’t have any questions. He is home resting and recovering from his anesthesia. He’ll be salty about the cone for a few weeks. For emergency pet care, the price felt very reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my boy!
Had to go here for an emergency issue for 3 cats. They were very accommodating and even gave a small discount for examining multiple cats. They took time to explain options for our situation and gave plenty of time to discuss everything.
I would like to personally thank the staff at AIC for their incredible support and care. My German Shepherd was acting very sick recently, and while every other vet hospital I called was booked solid, AIC told me to come right away. My poor boy unfortunately passed away before we arrived. Even though he was already gone, the clinic still brought us inside so they could examine him and help us understand what happened. This place is very nice, they try to accommodate everyone unfortunately they can not. You should call and if they don't answer please leave your number they will get back to you asap.. The veterinarian is very nice, talks to you in all honesty. Sometimes you have an appointment and an emergency like a dog got hit by a car or something severe you will have to wait but they do there best. The will triage your pet asap to get sone kind of idea whats going on...I highly recommend them..
Fast, caring, kind, very understanding, explain in easy terms to understand, cost reasonable. Have been there before and will go there again if we ever need to!
