dreadful i went for a tour of the facility and although it looked good i had a problem with 1 individual,the manager Jessica.the whole time during the tour she would not get off her cell phone,she didn't really answer any questions and her appearance was completely unprofessional.she appeared to look as if she was hungover or high on drugs because she was out of it.that is uncalled for,especially for the manager.i will not leave my pet with people like that running the show!

They care. I was apprehensive about leaving my dog for the first time. I researched several kennels before deciding on this one. Although not posh, fancy, or have webcams like some of the other kennels, I liked the fact that you could pick your dog up and take him/her with you during the day. They even have a yard where you can go and play with your dog. They seemed very understanding about the fact that my dog couldn't poo on the cement part of the run, and would take her out to the yard to "go" for no extra cost. They fed ... read more

WONDERFUL I travel to Las Vegas from out of state and have boarded my dogs (4) several times. The dogs are excited when we arrive and do not hesitate to go through the door. The staff is extremely accommodating with taking down instructions for feeding, medicating and any other thing that I seem to need for the dogs. One dog is 15+ years old, 2 are 5 years old and 1 is 3 years old. 2 recently had surgery the last time I was there. I had no concerns leaving the dogs with them as I knew they would be well taken care of.
The Best Kennel I've Ever Been To Animal Inn is located just outside of Las Vegas. It is a terrific place to leave your dog or cat. I have left my chihuahua here on many occasions, and she loves it. The staff is so good to her. There are separate pens for each dog, a special room for cats, and even a place for the smaller dogs and puppies to go so that they are not frightened by the larger animals.
My kitty likes it I need to go out of town, and I didn't have anyone to cat sit for me. I had never tried a kennel before, but I thought I needed to. It was really easy to get in. You just had to bring the current shot records. My cat was at ease as soon as I left her there. They had everything she needed to feel at home. They even let me leave her favorite treats. This is a great service. Check them out.
My Dog Loves the Animal Inn! They really treat your dog like their own. I have to kennel my dog a lot and he usually comes home tired and looking a bit sad. This time he came home rested and happy. I know he had a good experience, which makes it easier to leave him. They even gave his medication at no extra charge (most places do charge a fee).
Convenient location, good hours This certainly isn't the American Dog and Cat Hotel with private suites and tv's for your pets. This is a bare-bones facility with good prices. The dogs stay in pens each with separate access to an outdoor area so they can go in and out when they want. There are separate rooms for little dogs and puppies so they aren't frightened by the bigger dogs. I thought the pens were a little damp and dark looking, but more spacious than others I've seen.
