Wow wow wow! Could not have asked for more. At 12:20 on a Saturday, I called with an emergency having to do one of my cats, and even tho they closed at 1 pm, they told me to come right in. They took my kitty with a bleeding foot in immediately, and after an hour of repairs, not only did she come out all taken care of but Dr. Ben and his office manager, Beverly, came out to my car to discuss her case with me. They went into detail about her situation. I could not have been more pleased.
