Dr. Mead and the staff were truly amazing! We had an emergency with one of our fur babies and they were more then accommodating. They went above and beyond with their care of our Billy and we are forever thankful for all the time and energy that they put in to making him feel better again! Every time we've been here we have a great experience. The staff is super friendly and the vets are brilliant. The pricing is fair, despite all vet care costing an arm and a leg without insurance. The staff has never pushed and unnecessary services on us n they help us take the cheapest routes possible while still helping my pup. Dr. Lau always takes the time to explain things to us and all our options. All of the staff go above and beyond with customer service and support. The prices are reasonable especially for Hawaii. Our fur baby (that's 9+ years) just had a dental cleaning and extraction of four teeth today. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was $300+ less than the estimate. We had our kitten Alani spayed yesterday and they were friendly and caring..we live in Aiea and but drive the 30 minutes because how nice they are.. Our cats are like are kids..they were fantastic with our baby...mahalo
