Dr. Mead, Michelle, Emma, and Paige are SO awesome! We had an emergency with our cat Ivory and they helped us every step of the way. They were SUPER patient and so kind. Because of them our Ivory is back home and starting his recovery process! Michelle really took the time to explain to us each procedure that had to be done and also made sure the billing process was easy for us to read and understand. Everyone was so nice. I could tell the vet technicians enjoy their job. The veterinarian was so sweet and caring towards my babies. The information and service was great. I'm so greatful we got squeezed in as a walk in early in the morning.
The most amazing team on the island! We’re so lucky to have found such a friendly, caring team. Dr Lau is just amazing and takes so much extra time talking to us and answering all our questions. Can’t say enough good things!

Everyone at Animal House is wonderful to work with. At all times they truly show they care about all of our dogs, We discovered them when we moved to Ewa Beach 13 years ago. They provide excellent care at all times. Just this past week my wife’s now-retired second guide dog, Angela, needed to have some modest oral surgery. Being 12 1/2 years old, they did blood tests to make sure she was absolutely okay to go through anesthesia. Dr. Shauna Mead is so phenomenal. If she was a people doctor, I would see her. She loves what she does and took incredible care of my 2 babies. I just got a new cat and am taking her to Dr. Mead for her first check up.
If you're looking for a no-nonsense veterinarian, this is not the place. They try to hype you up over the phone and bank off of your concern for your pet so they can get those extra coins. They always claim to be booked and want to book you for an emergency visit and charge you extra. Oddly enough, when you come in for an emergency visit, their lobby is vacant. Only been in Ewa Beach 7month and have taken both my old kitties to Dr Mead we love her she is so understanding and Amazing with them.The staff is wonderful as well and the fact that it’s so close makes it so convenient.❤️❤️👍score
