RecommendedI am very grateful I found DR Eisner, his assistant, Cathy, and the entire staff at VCA Highlands Ranch. The degree of professionalism with everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. Spent over 3 hours here (busy on Sunday afternoon). We did not choose the course of treatment recommended and opted to follow up with our regular veterinarian the following day. Our regular vet was able to diagnose and treat our dog quickly and at 1/3 the cost of the emergency service recommended. While we understand the emergency Visit charges, the other services and medications seem to have inflated pricing compared to other facilities in the area. The wonderful staff at VCA saved my cat's life. He was unresponsive on admission and stayed in the ICU for several days and at the hospital for about a week. I was blown away by how loving, attentive, knowledgeable, optimistic but realistic, supportive, and patient the staff was. Reading through some of the bad reviews, many customers complain about cost. I want to say that healthcare for your pet is expensive (although a bargain compared to human healthcare) and I don't think VCA charges significantly more or less than what... read more
Dr Eisner and his team are absolutely wonderful! I am so incredibly grateful for the work they did to save my dachshund Sose's teeth. They were kind and patient with my fear aggressive dog and I felt completely comfortable leaving her in their care. Thank you!
