I generally don't write negative reviews for a business but on November 27, 2024 I visited this facility to pick up more insulin since my dog is diabetic so and went to pay for his normal medication so I went to pay and I seen a sign posted saying no longer doing price matching after January 1, 2025. I didn't have a problem with it but seemed uncaring considering how much money pet owners drop after going in there. RecommendedGreat staff, very helpful and will take great care of your animal.
They would not let me make an appointment. I show up like they told me and called in and they said they would be with me shortly. I wait for one hour and 45 minutes and no calls or anyone coming by to let me know how much longer, all just for annual vaccines. I tried calling in to the office and they ignored my call so I left and will never go back.
I would not recommend Animal Hospital on Curtis Bridge. I allowed them to treat my poodle for 8 years. All were healthy visits except 2 months ago when he was diagnosed with oral cancer. We knew he was dying but it’s a very hard decision to take them in and have them out to sleep. When my husband did take him in it was at 4:30 on a Tuesday. When he called into the office and told the girl the situation that it was time to put our dog down they told him that all the vets were fixing to leave and they didn’t have time. 5 Stars I’m in my forties now and remember your veterinarians (Dr Jackson I think) were the only practice that would come out to our farm to help my father with a sick horse or cow after hours. Dr Aderhold has always taken great care of our animals.
