My cat was spayed here and they did a fantastic job, but to charge a disposal fee when your dog has an accident on the floor even when you bring your bag and clean it up yourself is outrageous. Vet care is expensive enough without these ridiculous charges. I work in the animal welfare field and there's no excuse for a POOP PICKUP FEE.
If you ever need them in an emergency good luck. We needed to bring our dog in who had internal bleeding. We called and it was during business hours but for some reason that day they had no doctor so "we couldn't do anything for you". An internal bleed is very serious and needs attention immediately. He died in their parking lot.
We have brought all our cats and samoyeds here. Excellent care!!
We have special needs dogs and Animal Hospital of Waterville is absolutely amazing. They are always patient and helpful. Love them!

Thank you for all you wonderful folks did for our Thunder. We knew his time with us was almost over and you guys made it a little easier. You were patient and worked with us thru it all. We will not have another buddy for awhile as we are so heartbroken but when we do, you guys will be are huge part in their lives. Thank you so much!
I cannot thank you enough. . .. .your care for my animals is simply amazing. Your vets and staff are wonderful and caring. Today was a tough one for us...but I wouldn't have anyone else take care of my babies. I love you all. <3
