5+++ stars I wanted to recognize Paul Balboni and the wonderful staff at Animal Hospital of Waterville. It was a very difficult day on Saturday afternoon when I accompanied my daughter Bri with her cat (which they had for only 2 weeks) to your office. Apparently she was very sick when they adopted her. Your office was so pleasant in offering different avenues for which they could try and see if she would get better. Unfortunately, all options that were tried, Nova was just to sick to recover! Dr Packard and staff are awesome !!! this morning had to bring in my kitty Sampson , arrived a bit early, waited maybe 10 mins and was in and out in 30 mins !! Dr Packard explained what was going on and was very thorough!! HUGE THANK YOU to you all !! 5 STARS
Always great with my animals, even when they aren't so well behaved! The vets are always calm with my hissing cats and the front desk is always friendly and happy to see my pets.
Thank you for being so patient with us as well brought in our best buddy. He was sick and declining and we had to make the tough decision we didn't want to make. He is now at peace and today we brought him back home with us where he has a place of honor on our shelf. Your staff and doctor where amazing and very caring. Thank you again for making this difficult time as easy as it could be
