RecommendedAnimal Hospital of Rowlett and Veterinary Clinic took care of our three dogs while we went to Europe and we were gone 12 days. They did a fantastic job and provided exceptional care to our fur babies while we were gone. They were very reasonable priced and even one of our dogs had a small medical issue and they called me to let me know she needed to see the vet and got some antibiotics for her hot spot. wonderful staff who genuinely love their patients
Dr Downes is the best Veterinarian we have experienced with our 14 year old fur baby since we adopted her 13 years ago. Her staff make a great team and all are very caring. Long story - our fur baby had a very large mass removed last week by another vet in Rockwall, she began deteriorating (her rear leg was swollen, she had swelling in her abdomen which caused a horrible infection, loss of appetite and a high fever and the Rockwall vet was closed today and tomorrow. They quoted me $150 total for the spay of my foster dog. I set it up for the one day a month that they offer "low cost" pet surgery for foster dogs. I had to wait several weeks for that one day. We show up, have the surgery and they charged us the regular price instead of the $150 promised. I request this be honestly corrected. Only at that time will I be able to remove this review.
The Doctors and staff are very skilled, caring professionals. They took care of our two very special Golden Retrievers for many years until their passing. They are wonderful!

The professionalism and caring of the staff is second to none. Dr Downes is a phenomenal doctor and has been able to figure out the best way to successfully treat all my bulldog issues. Their boarding facility is great as well.
The level of service and knowledge is outstanding. We have used them for years and only board our dogs there when we go on vacation. The dogs love to go to the vet!
