Dr Downes is an amazing vet. She truly listens to our concerns and helps us feel ease with any of our dogs issues. They do whatever it takes to try to make our dog feel calm and welcome even though she has some anxiety. They are great with her. Dr Downes is very thorough and kind to her. The facility is the best I have ever seen as far as vet clinics go. They have separate entrances for cats/dogs and they create a very welcome atmosphere here. We love this place!
Excellent care for my dogs and cat. The staff is friendly, the office and exam rooms are clean, and I wouldn't go elsewhere. All the vets are great but Dr. Hurley is the absolute best!
I just had to put my sweet Dixie girl down, and Dr Hurley made the process super peaceful and way easier than it could have been. You can tell it’s not just a job for her. She’s very passionate and loves what she does and really cares about you and the animals. Wish I could give a million stars. Thank you again!
Twice my precious dog has had surgery at the Animal Hospital of Rowlett and I can't say enough good things about them. First surgery was for calcium oxalate stones in his bladder and Dr. Wendi Clark did an amazing job with his surgery. She is also extremely caring about the animals she provides services for and always follows-up to see how they are doing. As usual a few yrs have passed I came in today and my baby's were totally taken care of they DO NOT try to up sell you they are honest and upfront pricing I had 2 animals in this morning all our needs were addressed our records were transferred no problem from the other vet I totally recommend this vet they are clean the staff is wonderful and kind to me and my animals
