This is a compassionate group of people who care deeply about animals. As a director of a local rescue, I bring many dogs into the Animal Hospital of Rochester. We are always welcomed with compassion and kindness. If a dog is fearful, they take the time to make sure she is comfortable with lots of treats and patience. I completely trust that they will give my dogs the best care possible.
We've been going to Dr Buck since 2013, and have highly recommend her to many pet lovers. She and her staff provide spot-on, compassionate care. EVERYONE at the practice is friendly, compassionate, and professional. Most pets, especially cats, get anxious in a veterinarian's waiting room. At AHoR, there is little, if any waiting time. They get pets in an exam room very quickly, and the technicians spend allot of time checking the pet before a veterinarian examines him. Dr. Buck cares for each animal individually, no high sell cookie cutter care here!
I am so grateful to Dr.Buck, Dr Ragone and all of their staff. Today was one of the hardest days for me, one Ive been dreading ever since the terminal diagnosis..... The day I had to euthanize my cat. Everyone was so caring. Ftom making the appointment to goong right into the room I was so upset I couldn't even cry. They make everything easier and I so grateful for all of their professional loving care
Dr. Buck and her staff are professional, kind, and wonderful to deal with; I can't recommend them highly enough. My dog and I have travelled extensively throughout New York and this is by far the best vet we have been to. You and your pet are in good hands.
