Everyone at the hospital takes good care of my "never popular" Minniemoon. I appreciate their consideration of her bad manners for all of her 11 years.
This is a fantastic place to take your fur babies for medical care. The Drs. Are truly caring ladies and will go way beyound the call of duty to find out what is wrong with your babies, and when needed they are always available.
My family and I have been clients for over 15 years. So that's Angel, Sammy, Winston, Oliver, Henry, Maggie, and Nadya. And maybe Flower, the guinea pig, had her nails trimmed there once :-) Now only Oliver and Nadya are with us. The staff of Animal Hospital have been there, beginning to end - from Sandy's wrestling matches with Sammy (she was opposed to nail trims) to Dr. S's comfort when we had to say good-bye to our guys. If my Boston Terrier, Rita could write, she would say that Animal Hospital of Richmond is her favorite place to visit. She loves all the special attention she gets, and seeing all her friends. A dog that loves going to the vet? Speaks volumes. Mom and Dad appreciate the excellent medical care she receives, and are confident that the staff at Animal Hospital treat Rita exactly as they would treat their own beloved pets. I can't say enough in regard to the kindness and competence of these good people.
