Unfortunately we woke up this morning to our dog not in good shape. The lady at the front who answered the phone (sorry i can't remember her name) she was so sweet and got us right in. As soon as we walked in they knew who we were and brought us right in a room which was already set up. Euthanasia is very hard and this was our first time putting our family member down. I have been with Animal Hospital of Palm Bay for 30 years, and for 30 years I have been a faithful client.i have seen several doctors come and go. Dr Jason is the one I am upset with. My sister Lori works there and as I sit here and read these comments, most of them are about how awesome she is. Well for the first time in 30 years I came across some financial hardship and I needed to as the good doctor for a favor, as I was sick to even ask if I could pay him for the office visit the following week. The staff and vets here are the best ever. After 15 years of taking my little dog Max to a vet in Orlando who was great, I moved here to Palm Bay, and was told to take Max to this vet. I was so pleased to find both Dr. Jason and Dr. Rodriguez to be the kind of doctors I wanted for my furbaby. At almost 17 years old Max had alot of problems and Dr. Rodriguez made sure that he was comfortable and had the best quality of life that was available. This is the best animal hospital we've ever gone to. Dr. Jason & Dr. Rodriguez are so kind to our babies, they are "pet whisperers", & explain everything so well. The staff is very friendly to pets & their "parents". I just can't say enough good things about this place - I'd be here for hours! You guys Rock! =^..^= 🐾
Dr Jason and his amazing staff have been taking care of my furbabies for nearly four years now and they are undoubtedly the best! I appreciate their genuine compassion for animals and how they offer comfort and support when I have had to say goodbye to one of my dogs or cats. I highly recommend this team of devoted veterinarians, vet techs and admin staff.
