Improve by having sympathy. My brother just walked in there to see if he could bring his dog in that DID have a hip surgery done many years ago and the staff was totally rude and un caring. Evidently the dog had a stroke or something last night and probably needs euthanized. Anyway, the lady that has been there 14 years insisted the dog had never been there, that's BS. Found a good use for the dog cone gathering dust in the garage. I call it the Rona Shield. We all need a laugh in these difficult times!
Even though the staff is nice I feel the wait period is too long. I had a 9:15am appointment and my Dog didn't get seen until more than an hour later. All they tried to do was sell me tests, vaccines and meds. My Dog was not sick I brought her in because I wanted a Flea and Tick prescription. So frustrating.
Every single person at this place is so kind and compassionate. My first visit was with Dr. Frydenlund. He actually sat on the floor in the room and talked to my little dog. I've never seen a vet do that. Second visit not so great. My little Poodle had a heart attack in my arms and died. I took her and Dr. Rodriquez and vet tech Jenny were so comforting and compassionate. Today my other 2 boys had dental. Dr. Rodriquez was so thorough when he called me about their dental. I had to put my precious Heinze Ward put down there and Dr Rodriguez and the staff were very comforting for me at this time I need that was 3 months ago we just got another dog and well we are back as they were there with open arms welcoming Bella to the family and Dr Jason was there this time
I had to make the very hard decision to have my 15 year old dog put down. The staff at Animal Hospital of Palm Bay and Dr Frydenlund were amazing. So very kind and sympathetic. They made a very sad time a little more bearable. ❤️
The entire staff was caring and friendly. Dr Jason was very kind and thorough. We had a scary morning with our cat suffering a seizure and they took excellent care of her.
