RecommendedTaylor was very nice when making our appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. I think my technician was Amber. She was very kind to my very anxious puppy. Dr. Goodwin was excellent and professional and caring. I loved our whole experience.
Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. Our dogs have also been boarded there several times and are always well taken care of!
Drs. Goodwin and Sternenberg were very thorough and explained how to take care of our furbaby at home. Dr Sternenberg encouraged me to call anytime with questions.
Dr. Fitterer and the staff are incredibly nice and educated! I was able to learn a lot about my new parrot and have since bonded better with him. There was no judgement when I was asking questions (this is the first bird I’ve owned), and I felt at ease. Totally recommend them! Also their prices aren’t sky high for an exotic pet, which I appreciate.
Always friendly and helpful they take excellent care of our dogs and keep us informed about everything.
We love the service delivery and the ease of scheduling for our pet. Also, the atmosphere is very good and makes us confident in the care provided. It's also nice that the providers are friendly and know our pet by name...
***** 5 STAR Location, friendliness of all staff, groomer does great job, love and care for everyone's pet, refills easy, offer online order and delivery of standard meds through mail. Very proficient veternarians with Dr Goodwin Sr our top choice. (He was able to prescribe something that "works" for separation anxiety and hyperactivity!)
The Dr. that saw Oscar (fat boy) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions plus some with kind and encouraging words. The office even called the other day to check up on his eating habits. We will definitely go back for our annual check up and any emergency if they should arise
