The doctor and nurse was very attentive to my pups and I needs. They were very welcoming and caring. Also, the doctor explained her self very well when I asked a question about my puppies. I will definitely recommend to friends who have pets.
We chose Goodwin’s doggy daycare at the recommendation of another Vet and it has been such a great experience. It’s the highlight of our pup’s day, which makes us puppy parents very happy to see. Everyone from the front desk to the daycare workers and Crystal, the groomer, are fantastic. The whole staff that I interacted with was awesome! From over-the-phone to in person, I knew my Rocky was in good care. I will be with them indefinitely.
Goodwin is just an amazing place! The staff and vets are great wit my pets and I feel they truly care about us. They call us to do follow ups every time out pets go in for whatever reason. Our dog Delilah has been having some health issues and they have been so helpful and honest with her condition and possible treatment. This is the best vet in Montgomery that I’ve been to. I used to go to another one but they didn’t make us feel welcomed and it was awkward but in Goodwin I just feel we are home
The front desk staff are always nice and welcoming. The veterinarians and assistants are so sweet and kind towards my dogs and make my dogs feel comfortable. Also a bonus is that they give my dogs treats which of course makes them happy. They all explain everything very clearly and will listen to any and all concerns you may have about your pets. Overall, I am very happy with everyone here!
My cat got in my engine bay and rode 43 miles with me to work. I needed somewhere local for her to go during the day so I didn’t have to drive all the way back home. I called and the staff at Goodwin happily said to bring her on in. I got a warm greeting as soon as I walked in the door. I think Mittens enjoyed her day and wanted to stay longer. I always appreciate working with happy, positive people.
I generally have a great visit each time. The two ladies at the front desk at the Atlanta Highway location, (one older lady with short grey hair and one younger lady) are extremely nice and answer any questions I have. I sent my mother to pick up my 70lb GSD and one of the ladies even helped her get my dog into her car. Highly recommend.
Super friendly staff. No long waits. Very knowledgeable.
