Great veterinarians & excellent customer service!
This hospital is worth the money! The vet saw my dog for a 2nd opinion and she was very compassionate and did an echocardiogram and complete blood panel in a few hours, quickly diagnosing my pet. The previous vet didn't have the equipment to do this and the place was dirty and the staff was rude. This hospital is beautiful and the staff is friendly and trained. We are new in town and fully realize things would be more expensive here in Ca., but the bill for the services just knocked me out. After I refused a battery of very expensive tests the Dr pretty much walked out of the exam room and could have cared less about either of our dogs., I was really disgusted with the $400.00 bill just for vaccines and some heartworm meds. I will never go back. I'm going to AAA animal hosp and it's a totally different story.I will go to them for everything now
We've been taking our three cats here for years and have always been happy with how we and they are treated. The vets will always take the time to explain what they want to do and why, etc. One of the better vets we've ever worked with.
I think the vet lacks compasion and she over charges
