I came in as a walk in i brought my cat of 10 years in she had been sick for a while and took her to several other vet offices all the other places couldnt tell me what was going on they gave me several options but the best was to lay her down to rest it was hard for me they gave me time to decide with out pressure. They respected my wished on cremation. The price was a little expenisive but the care and quality of customer service was so great i didnt mind paying extra. I have been with Dr Parsons for 13 years. We moved from FL with a senior cat that had issues and he took up the reigns with kindness and professionalism. He helped thru 3 additional senior animals over the years and the care he and his staff offer is the highest quality of any Animal Hospital I have ever dealt with. As my last 2 furry family members approach their senior years I have every confidence that they will receive the same quality healthcare the rest received. Such a joy and relief to have them in the area.
We love our vet and vet techs. They take wonderful care of our furkids.
Every time I come here it's a great experience. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Parsons both know what they are doing and are some of the best vets I've been too. The staff is just as great. They always remember my dogs no matter how long it's been and they are always so helpful. When my mini bully ate a bunch of meds I was so worried. They checked her out and everything was fine but, the nurse even gave me her cell incase something happened in the middle of the night she could walk me thru it. That's going above and beyond. My Khloe has been going here for about 7 yrs.The visit is always pleasant. The entire staff is awesome! Won't trust my Khloes wellness n health needs anywhere else!! ��

Dr. Parsons and Dr. Murphy are knowledgeable and caring. I regrettably lost two of my kitties last month...a new kitten I had adopted, Sissy; and one of my older cats, Pepper. All the vet techs, office staff and docs were so sweet and caring and tried to get my babies better. I so appreciate them and all they do!! I used another Veteranary provider before I adopted the kittens, but will never go to anyone else for regular care for my remaining fur-babies!!
