I recently brought my cat in on an emergency basis. I wasn't a client and yet they made time for us. The staff was so kind and caring. Dr Siebert, who operated on my cat, was incredibly available. He called right after surgery and again to let me know I could pick her up. He then personally made daily follow up calls to check on her recovery. In 30 years of having pets, I have never gotten such professional, responsive and caring attention. I highly recommend them.
This vet was recommended to me by a neighbor. We went yesterday and were exceptionally impressed by the staff, from the front desk, to the wonderful tech, Rachel, to the knowledgeable and caring vet, Dr Gabrielle. Top-notch!!
All the vets here are amazing! Dr Gabrielle did Janey's spay. Dr Nguyen has treated her several times. And the techs are so caring and professional. Highly recommend.
