The wonderful care they take with both us and our pets.
Very caring vets and staff. Dr. Debrincat has taken excellent care of our cats, including our elderly cat who sadly passed this winter. We know our beloved pets are in good hands with her.
Great care and staff. I’ve been going to them for almost 20 years.
Caring staff and a lovely facility—what more do you need from a vet? I trust them to help keep my cats healthy and they always come through.
Heart of Chelsea will treat your furry friends like family! We have been taking our cats to the HK location since they opened it up, and I cannot overstate how over the moon happy and impressed I am with the level of care and personal attention both the cats and us as owners receive there. We've had both Dr. Love and Dr. Torchia for various issues, and both were unendingly kind. They make a point to follow-up and be continually involved in care even after your pet is home. Honestly the best vet clinic I've ever used in over ... read more
I have been bringing Mister Gucci here for 13years I Love this place
Annie had her first visit at the HK office yesterday, and everyone was fantastic! So impressed at how much time they spent with us. Annie is an anxious dog, so I expected her to hate the vet, but she loved everyone there! I picked the right practice. Annie says thanks.
I’ve been taking my senior kitty Annabelle to Dr Nguyen. He’s been doing acupuncture for her Arthritis and treating her for kidney disease. He’s a great doc-very patient and treats Annabelle beautifully. He’s very knowledgeable about holistic approaches as well as conventional veterinary medicine. My first impression of a veterinary practice is always the front desk. The receptionists are very good. They’re welcoming and make sure they acknowledge you right away. They don’t keep you on hold forever. I rarely have to wait for... read more
I took my boys, Charlie and Kiko, a Cavalier and Mini Pinscher, to the Lower East Clinic to start the process of our relocation to Australia. They were so friendly and professional! Everyone there is amazing, from the front desk to the nurse and of course doctor Chu, the vet. Special thank you to Jess and Natasha! Such a great service! If you need veterinary services, HCAH is the place to go! I truly recommend!!
