So happy I found Dr. Behrens for Kirk. I was looking for a veterinarian who takes a holistic approach to care for animals. She took her time and got to know my dog. The staff and doctor were very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Dr. Auggie is fantastic, so caring. I wouldn't take our baby anywhere else.

Couldn't ask for a more caring, wonderful animal hospital. I know my dogs always come first and every precaution is taken to make sure they are getting the best care. Everyone that works there is knowledgable and it makes it a wonderful environment for the dogs and us! I LOVE that Dr Behrens has holistic suggestions and thinks out of the box to solve issues. Cannot say enough good things about everyone at this practice. I'm so happy I found them and will never go anywhere else. We have a houseful of pets; dogs, cats, and bunnies and have been through a few serious issues lately. I do not know what I'd be doing without their knowledge and support. Thank you! <3

We recently changed vets (coming to The Shores practice) after a particularly reprehensible incident at our former vet's in which the vet tech manhandled and forcibly restrained our then six month old Presa puppy -- leaving him angry, terrified and unwilling to be touched by veterinary staff.
