Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. We have four dogs old and young and have been going to see Dr. D for all our pet needs for 12 years. Dr.D and is the caring and compassionate Vet we all want for our animals. We feel fortunate that we have this Animal hospital nearby to treat our animals.
I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
