We had a horrible experience with a receptionist when we went to put down our beloved pet. When my husband first showed up to the appointment to put down our sick family cat of 11 years, the receptionist laughed and greeted him with a "so you're the one killing your cat today"? Then in the middle of them euthanizing her, this receptionist walked into the room to ask my husband to sign a receipt... laughing again! My dogs visit was the first time he went to the vet and he was so nervous. They were so good with him, made sure he was comfortable. They were very respectful and through on all the information that we needed to know. They also work with you if you cannot afford a big bill.At the end of the visit we all were happy.
Dr Theresa is a fantastic Vet ... such a kind caring person ... treats the animals with love. First dealt with her at Countryside in Lockport back in the 80s and when found out she had a place of her own couldnt wait to get my cats there to her. She's definitely one of the best Vets around
Just want to say thank you to Dr. Marky and the office staff for making Brodie so comfortable at his exam yesterday! I love that you really take your time to gain his trust and make it a positive experience for him. This was our best vet visit in years, and it's all thanks to your patience and caring. Thank you!!!
Great vets, been with them for my 2 dogs. Currently my dog is almost 15 years old and everyone is great taking care of her. Thank you for the excellent serivice you provide. Very satisfied.
